Between Us is a community platform where visitors may anonymously share personal experiences and reviews of hospitals, doctors, and other medical facilities. The Site is intended as a peer-to-peer information resource. It is not a medical provider, does not give medical advice, and nothing on the Site should be treated as a substitute for professional medical judgment.
The Site does not require or offer user accounts. We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, your name, email address, phone number, or any other information that could identify you as the author of a review or piece of feedback. You must be at least 18 years old to submit content to the Site. The Site is not directed at, and should not be used by, children.
Any review, tag selection, or feedback you submit ("User Content") remains the property of the anonymous individual who submitted it. Between Us does not claim ownership over User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Between Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the Site. Because User Content is submitted anonymously, Between Us generally has no way to verify authorship of a specific post after the fact, which limits our ability to process individual edit requests — see Section 9 on Reporting and Removal below.
Reviews and feedback published on the Site reflect the personal opinions, experiences, and recollections of anonymous individual users. They are not verified, fact-checked, edited, or endorsed by Between Us, and they do not represent the views of Between Us, its owner(s), or operator(s). Reviews are not medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare provider or conducting your own independent research.
Between Us acts solely as a platform hosting content submitted by third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Between Us and its owner(s) are not liable for the content, accuracy, or legality of any review, tag, or feedback posted by a user, and are not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims — including but not limited to claims of defamation, inaccuracy, or reputational harm — arising from or related to User Content. Each user is solely responsible for the content they submit. Nothing in this section limits any rights or protections Between Us may separately have under applicable law, including Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.

If you are a patient, provider, or facility representative who believes a post about you is false, violates these Terms, or should be reviewed, you may contact us using the Submit Feedback page. Because the Site does not collect reviewer identity, we cannot always verify the factual accuracy of a given account, but we will review reports in good faith and may remove content that clearly violates these Terms.
The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Between Us and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Between Us and its owner(s) from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
The Site uses Cloudflare Turnstile solely to confirm that a submission is coming from a human visitor rather than an automated bot, and to enforce basic rate limits against spam and abuse. This is the only verification check performed on submissions — Between Us does not otherwise verify a user's identity, location, or any personal characteristic.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Between Us is built around a simple principle: we cannot expose what we never collect. There are no user accounts, no logins, and no requirement to provide your name, email address, or any other personally identifying information to use the Site.
We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect or store, your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or any other information that could identify you personally in connection with a review or piece of feedback you submit.
The only check Between Us performs on visitors is a bot/human verification, powered by Cloudflare Turnstile, before a review or feedback submission is accepted. To make that determination, Turnstile briefly processes limited technical signals about your browser and connection (such as your IP address). This check exists solely to prevent automated spam and abuse — Between Us does not use it to identify, profile, or track individual visitors. Cloudflare, as an independent third party, processes this information under its own privacy policy, available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Like virtually all websites, the infrastructure providers that host Between Us (such as our hosting and database providers) may automatically record standard technical web server information — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — as a routine part of operating the Site. This is separate from, and not linked to, the content of any review or feedback you submit. Between Us does not use these logs to identify individual reviewers.
Between Us does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. The Cloudflare Turnstile widget may set a limited-purpose cookie as part of completing its verification check; this is controlled by Cloudflare, not Between Us.
Reviews and feedback are stored as you submit them and displayed publicly (in the case of reviews) or privately to the Site admin (in the case of feedback). Please do not include your own name or other identifying details in the text of what you write, since the Site cannot retroactively scrub content you choose to include.
Between Us is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data associated with the Site, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
